Thundering Darkness

The Night Lord is finished. At first I wasn't happy to paint him in his original color scheme. When I was finishing him up I kind of started to like it very much. Those few lighting accents gave him a really special look. I washed the golds with some Leviathan purple to make it fit the blue color of the armor.

For the base I made it simple and fitting the client's army. Hope no one has any problem with the imperial fist's marine head on the base :).

Fantastic work, like always. BTW, I played my first warhammer fantasy battle as Vampire count. I horribly lost, but I had a great time. The banshees are awesome units. Sadly though, I wasn't able to field Isabella. My army is not big enough to spend 200+pts on a single hero.
