This is a breath taking models. My favorite part is the lightening effect on the cloak.
Thanks to Mr. Ibrahem we wore able to use the original background for presentation of the model.

Hey guys. I know you have been waiting for this angry guys well process like this takes a tone of time but boy was it worth it. Sculpted by our friend Steve prom the UK Based on Ibrahem Swaids artwork really cool fig representing Konrad Curze the Primarch of the Nightlords.

Done mostly from Green Stuff this detailed model will be painted by Paulina.It's already coming along really nicely.

WE CAME FOR YOU!

     It's time to feel... THE FEAR! The Nightlord Project has come to a glorious finish. Finally the display and all the squads are finished. I couldn't be more proud.  I catch myself staring at the whole display fantasizing about a story.  The whole winter set with that frozen lake of dead SMs is sooo mesmerizing. I have to say I tried a lot of new tricks and modeling techniques on this one. It gave me a lot of joy. The frozen lake thing was my debut with the clear resin and it worked out better then I hoped. I want to give special thanks to Marcin Berduszek for making this awesome photo gallery and for sacrificing the time to process the pics. Thanks bro! I see you!

  The final element of the Nightlord Project is done. Now it's time to wait for some cool photos. Excited? You should be. I'm really happy with the whole project. In building this Monster I had a vision in my head to represent the symbol of the Nightlord in a single model. I wanted him to be a swift close combat fighter. Gigantic wings, really long tail to increase his maneuverability and of course a big weapon for agility fighters it leaves his head free.

The Raptors are going to get ya!

     Those are my favorite on the Nightlord Project. I love the dynamics on them. One guy is backing out, others are springing upwards from their position, one looks like he's landing. And the details on those models are phenomenal for GW models but the Garg wings made them pop.

Nightlord Terminator Lord

     Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Got a Nightlord Lord for you today. See what I did there "lord lord" hehe. It was lots of fun on this guy. On the conversion part I used many different bits. Banner is from the New Dark Angel Terminator box set and those wings are from a Vampire Counts Winged Lord blister. They are from his little bat-minion. The axe hand is from FW Lord Zhufor. The finishing touch are the cool Bat wings instead of regular spikes with trophies which we often see on Chaos Terminators.

     As far as painting goes I made him glow in the same color as all the lightning effects on him to represent that he is overflowing with destructive electric forces. 

This is the digital image I was inspired by to create the freehand on the Lord's Banner. Not a lot of surface but the bigger the challenge the more fun it is ^^.
