Lost Interview. Meet the painters Paulina

Hello so I found the transcript of an Interview done by our Facebook fans with Paulina our painter.
Here it is:

Jon Rocha asks: I will give  you my first born child if you paint my whole army?
Paulina: If the child survives the shipping process i can think about it.

Jonas Jc Carlssin asks: How long have you been painting and how did you get in contact with the hobby?
Paulina: I always found interest in painting and drawing. My first contact was when I applied for this job in July of 2013.

Alexander Ace Bahrman asks: Favorite choice of 40k-army and why?
Paulina; I don't have a favorite one, but if I need to chose I would pick Chaos Space Marines/Daemons of Khorne.

David Gómez Moreno asks: Hi, Paulina. What is the thing you enjoy the most outside of work? What's your fav meal?
Paulina: Spending time on improving my skills. When I have a fave meal I eat it all the time until I hate it.

Adam Duncombe asks: Personally I would like to hear more from Paulina and her experience in how to approach a project, how to improve your skills as a painter and artist?
Paulina: The best improvement is constant practice. Thinking through all the painting steps.

Q: What should people like me who want to learn to paint like Paulina should study or work with to improve?
Paulina: Study the works of the best painters on cool mini or not and figure out how it's done.

Q: What makes a great painter?
Paulina; Experience and ability to learn new things, searching for better solutions and spending a lot of time on a miniature.

Meet the painters #2 #Robert

Hello! 

Meet the painters is back to town! Today you'll meet Robert!

Robert is the youngest in our studio and he doesn't talk so much. In his free time he is playing on the drums in  a death metal band. 

He learns very quickly and his skills contributed to the quick assigning him to work on single character projects. From his works, you can know for example: Shrike, Salamaner army (with Paulina), Typhus, rusty/red  and metallic Necrons.

Robert is very helpful, and will help you if you need him. For example: If you ever get lost in Thorn and Robert will be next to you, he will help you find the right way.

And now a few questions to Robert:

Jane: Dear Robert, do you remember when did you start work here?

Robert: I started in January, so now it seems to be 5 months.

J: Which one of the models that you have painted do you like the most?


R: I think that, the most I like Shrike. He had some cool details, which were nice to paint.

Meet the painters #1 #Jane

Hi! Some time ago we decided that we want to introduce ourselves. Or rather, we want you to know us a little closer. 

"Meet the painters" starts now!

In the studio, we are a couple of people, so we will present each of us in separate parts. To be honest, I will present to you all people. I will try to be objective and quite detailed. You will find out who is responsible for what models. This allows you to recognize the painting styles of individuals painters. 

At first: I introduce myself. You know me as Jane (but my real name is Joanna). My main job is to carry on marketing and social media but I am also one of the painters. 

My work you know among the others: Iron Hands, Imperial Guard, Imperial Fists (in association with Paulina, Natalia and Robert) and Lizardmen army.
